Making otai




Making otai
Last week we successfully made otai using twelve green apples, one half bag of cool ice, three boxes of anchor milk, brown sugar, a can of crushed of pineapple,one can of mango pulp.


First we grabbed a big container then we put ice inside the container then added the twelve green apples,one can of mango pulp,one can of crushed pineapple,and brown sugar.


Next the boys were peeling the green apples with a peeler then we put it into a black plastic bowl then we washed the the black plastic bowl.


Then mrs Tafea used   a small sharp knife to take out the apple core before Vaiola and Lily.


Finally we mixed the ingredients together with some brown sugar stirred well with a  big spoon.

It was exciting making otai because I never made otai with my class room 8 and we ate it with some sweet keke. It was delicious! I wanted to have more otai but have enough.
